Change of Mind

Returns
We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, allowing you to return it within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

- No restocking fees are charged by Smart Home Hack.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@smarthomehack.com. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. For replacement, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original one in accordance with our return policy. This process ensures that you receive your replacement item promptly.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Smart Home Hack is not responsible for items marked as successfully delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacements for such cases. We recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
